Competitive Boxing

Competitive Boxing

For boxers who want to take things to the next level and eventually step into the ring against competition.

  • Semi-coached sessions running roughly 60 to 120 minutes.
  • Training commonly begins with jump rope and moves into shadow boxing, heavy bags, boxing dummies, mitts, and sometimes sparring.
  • Beginners are still welcome, and simply attending does not mean you must spar.
Non-Competitive Boxing

Non-Competitive Boxing

Perfect for beginners who want to learn boxing without sparring or stepping into the ring.

  • Classes run Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
  • Focus on jump rope, shadow boxing, heavy bags, boxing dummies, and hand pads.
  • A great fit for members training for fitness, confidence, and skill-building.
Little Sluggers

Little Sluggers

A positive, fully coached youth class for children ages 4 to 7.

  • Sessions run about 60 minutes.
  • Designed to introduce boxing in an exciting and age-appropriate way.
  • Helps channel energy into confidence, movement, and focus.
Girl Power boxing program

Girl Power

A coach-led program built to help girls develop confidence, fitness, and boxing skills in a welcoming environment.

  • Designed for athletes who want strong fundamentals and a positive team atmosphere.
  • Focuses on technique, conditioning, confidence, and skill development.
  • Available as a drop-in or 10-class punch pass.

Memberships

Memberships include access to the club’s core training environment with longer-term options for members who want to train consistently. Memberships are now sold as fixed terms with no monthly payment breakdown.

Drop-Ins & Punch Passes

Drop-In Classes

Drop-in pricing is $20 per visit.

Punch Passes

Punch passes remain available at $150 for 10 classes, valid for one year.

Getting Started

The FAQ on the original site says new members get a free week, and that beginners do not need to be in shape before showing up.

Personal Training

One-on-one training with Rick Duff is available for members who want focused technical work, fitness coaching, or personal guidance.
